vACATION
Yeah, that’s right. I went on one. Finally. I figure I should document it with words and not just photos on facebook. Went out to see friends and family. It was great.
Flew in Tuesday and had dinner with Andy and Kade. Fish tacos in SLC. Stayed with Andy and she took me to catch the SL Express in the AM. Which took forever to find. I sat there and ate cheese until I got to Rexburg.
Brit picked me up and gave me the 10 minute tour of BYU-I Campus. So glad I’m done with school and I don’t have to worry about stupid school rules. I brought a whole box of Dunkin Donuts and me and Brit took a bite out of each one before Adam got home.
You know what blows? Packing too much. Mom scared me into thinking it was going to be super cold. And know what? She was wrong. So I had like 2 extra coats I was carrying around everywhere. And a bunch of donuts.
Had my first taste of Pita Pit in Rexburg. I was rather satisfied. Friday we made the drive down to Spanish Fork to stay with our cousins. I got dropped off in Provo to hang with Kade and we frolicked in the park, looked at pictures from back in the day, and listened to some music.
I came back to Provo on Saturday and met up with Jackson. We all ate at delicious Sensuous Sandwich and then me and him went back to his house to play video games on his 73 inch TV. Kade came over too and we played for a few hours. Then I met up with Kevin and Rachel at D.I. Kade was on the hunt for sweet yellow pants but instead found a cool brown collar cowboyish shirt instead.
The second I walked in I found the best jean jacket. I’ve always wanted one. It fit perfectly and “Erin” was written on the inside. Sold. Then I found these sweet boots. Sold.
We all met up with Brit and Adam at In-N-Out. Oh I love you, I love you, uuughh, drool. MMmmmMMm. Animal Style.
Then we frolicked around BYU campus for a bit. Me and Kade went to Comedy Sports with Danielle and her friends and I had to try to not fall asleep. It was so dark and dream-like in there.
Spent Sunday in Spanish Fork with cousins until Brit and Adam left to head back to Rexburg where I got dropped off at Andy’s in SLC. We went over to see Brandon and Cameron and watch TV on their projector. I fell asleep during Blades of Glory on their amazing couch.
Andy had Monday off so we met up with Liz and had Paradise Bakery which was SO GOOD. We went to Decade and the douchebag working there wouldn’t let us touch stuff. Like the furs. ”OOoo vintage furs, hands off.” Shut up.
Then we went to Gateway Mall and I bought some stuff from Forever 21. Never bought anything there for myself so it was….hmm..guess it was cool. Spent some time in Urban checking out their lame clothes which fall apart in two seconds and reading a book in there about a guy who is a douche but at least admits it. Good for him. I guess.
Me and Andy went to Provo that night and had dinner at Carabbas with Eric, Jackson, Rachel, Danielle and her cousin. Then we went to Sconecutter’s and I bought a .25 cent moustache. It was awesome.
Tuesday I watched a couple movies I hadn’t seen but told was a must. Johnny came up and we ate pizza, bought CD’s and I talked him into finalizing his fantasy of a blue leather jacket. Win.
Wednesday watched a few more movies before Andy got back from work. Then I had my last supper at Cafe Rio. Me and Andy got the pork salad, some horchata and apple beers. Then I got a Shamrock Shake. That was one of the pre-meditated plans for my trip. Half Shamrock, half chocolate. Yep. Delicious. I want more. Bad.
We hung out and watched “Just Friends.” Ryan Reynolds is one funny man. And a hot one.
I took the Red Eye out which was only 4 hours long. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.
Went to Trader Joes, the Hot Dentist, the allergist and went to work today. Got glitter and brownie mix all over me. Then one of my students got naked. I love my job.
The End.
